Happy New Year!
Whew! It’s been a while since I’ve posted a newsletter or a podcast for Thinking Health. The last half of 2023 was crazy, and I found that I had bit off a little more than I could chew with exciting writing projects that took away from my ability to focus on this newsletter and podcast.
For that, I am sorry…
But I’m writing today to tell you that the Thinking Health podcast and newsletter is back in 2024, and I can’t wait to get back to producing the best health content I can for you!
Before we kick off with new newsletters and podcasts, I wanted to share some of the projects I have been working on over the last year!
The Carnivore Reset
Earlier this week, The Carnivore Reset, a book I have been working on really over the last 2-3 years but especially this past 6 months, finally went on sale.
This book is all about using the carnivore diet as an elimination diet to reset and strengthen your gut to improve digestive health, inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. The Carnivore Reset teaches you what you need to know about a healthy gut and shows you how to get there.
Next week, I am kicking off a book club for those Carnivore Reset readers, so grab a copy and join the book club!
Applied Ketogenic Diet Specialist Certification
The second big project I was working on last year was a brand new keto course with Primal Health Coaching Institute. This course is a comprehensive specialist course that trains health coaches and practitioners in the art of incorporating the ketogenic diet in a personalized manner with their clients.
This course was a beast to put together, but I am so happy with how it has turned out! If you are a health coach or practitioner and you want to sharpen your skills with the ketogenic diet, check out The Applied Ketogenic Diet Specialist Certification.
P.S. Primal Health Coaching Institute is running a $200 off special for this month. To get that, use the code KETO200 when you checkout.
I have a few other very exciting announcements coming in early 2024 that I can’t wait to share with you. Until then, be on the lookout for the next Thinking Health newsletter and podcast!
